With real-time tracking, progress analytics, and direct coach feedback, TrainingPeaks keeps you accountable, because clients who log their sessions and see their progress stay more committed.

REHAB GURU

Rehab Guru is used for your resilience and strength-based programmes. You’ll receive a personalised email link giving you direct access to your exercises, complete with video demonstrations, written instructions, and dosage guidance (sets, reps, rest, tempo).

You can log your progress, mark sessions as complete, helping me monitor your recovery, adjust your plan, and keep your rehab on track. The Rehab Guru app can also be downloaded on your smartphone or tablet, allowing you to take your programme anywhere and easily track your progress on the go.
