We understand starting your rehabilitation or performance journey can feel daunting, so here's a simple breakdown of what to expect:

Reach out to Sarah to start your journey. Whether you have questions or are ready to get started, Sarah is here to help you take the first step toward your fitness goals. You'll receive a 'Guide to Your Online Consultation', Zoom meeting invitation and copies of the required legal forms.

Arrange Initial Online Consultation:

During your online consultation (via Zoom), we'll discuss your goals, challenges, and what you're hoping to achieve. This is the perfect time to ask any questions and ensure we're aligned in your approach.

Submit Forms & Arrange Physician Sign-off (If Required):

To ensure your safety and success, we'll need you to fill out some initial forms, including a health questionnaire (PAR-Q). Depending on your answers, we may request physician approval to proceed with training. Click here to read about the forms required.

Get Added to the Compass Performance Integrated Apps:

Once your forms are complete, you'll be added to either  Training Peaks or Rehab Guru our integrated Compass Performance apps, where we track your progress, provide personalised workout plans, and keep you engaged throughout your journey.

Commence Training: 

Based on your assessment, you’ll receive a structured, rehabilitation or performance training plan delivered through the most appropriate online platform. This may include rehabilitation-focused strength work, endurance training (run/bike/swim or hybrid), or an integrated approach.

Continue on Your Compass Path:

From here, we’ll continue working together, adjusting your plan as you progress. Stay connected through the app and online check-ins, always moving toward your fitness and performance goals with confidence and clarity.
